RETURNS

Halal Cosmetics® guarantees your satisfaction because our goal is to make you happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for store credit on the product. We do not refund shipping costs. Store credit may take up to 2 – 5 business weeks to be issued. We do not exchange items, we only issue store credit for returned items. It is standard procedure to provide store credit as of July 7, 2015.

Returns can only be accepted for unused/unopened items with their original tags attached within 05 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted for clearance merchandise or past 5 days from the day it was delivered to you.

To initiate a return, kindly email us at info@thehalalcosmetic.com, including your Full Name, Email address, Address, Telephone Number, and Order Number and will send you instructions to process your return.

Be sure to use delivery confirmation on your return package because Halal Cosmetics® is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please kindly do not over stuff the packages to save on postage because it destroys the merchandise. If merchandise is damaged by the customer we will either ship the items back to you for you to keep or deduct up to 50% off the return store credit to be issued.

Please note that only products purchased ONLY from Halal Cosmetics® http://thehalalcosmetic.com/ will be accepted for return.

SHIPPING

Halal Cosmetics® orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). Please be sure to provide us with a complete shipping address. NO PO Box Please.

We are not responsible for any incomplete shipping addresses and items returned for this reason will not be eligible for a refund.

At Halal Cosmetics®, we appreciate how important security is to you.

For security reasons, we use Shopping Cart, so you do not have to worry about any reason(s).

We implement various security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your personal information, both on line and off line. Ground Shipping

All our FREE Shipping orders will be Ground Shipping. Delivery days may vary depending on the location and time of the shipping.

Priority Shipping

Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 3-7 business days from the order’s ship date. This is NOT included in FREE Shipping. The shipping will be paid by customer

International Shipping

Halal Cosmetics® has partnered with MyUS.com for FREE international shipping.  

We now ship to Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Brazil, Israel, Kenya, India, Angola, the United Kingdom, Norway, South Africa, Russia, Italy, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and much more.

All international orders will be FREE shipping. Handling fees of $25 per package, must be paid via PayPal, All international orders are shipped via the MyUS.com.. Delivery time varies depending on location. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Once payment is processed, the order will ship within 3-5 business days For all International shipping there will be flat handling fee of $25 per package
